1.Ticket Validity
A scratch card will only be valid if it meets the requirements set by the state lottery in the relevant jurisdiction. All scratch cards you purchase are original and backed by the official Texas lottery, meaning that each scratch has a corresponding physical card.
2.Purchase and Processing
When you purchase a scratch card through our website, the scratch card will be reserved for 30 minutes until payment is completed. Once purchased, you have 72 hours to scratch the card; if you don’t, it will be scratched automatically on your behalf. You authorize to scratch the card for you and display the result virtually. If the card is damaged during the process or cannot be displayed on the website, we will replace it with another available card or refund the corresponding amount.
3.Prize Redemption
If you win an amount under $600, you will receive your prize automatically at no additional cost. For larger winnings of up to $100,000, a fee may apply, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If your winnings exceed $100,000, the winning ticket will be delivered to you physically to ensure safe redemption.
4.Winning Ticket Delivery
To withdraw a winning card, we may ask for additional documentation to verify your identity and for you to sign certain documents. Once the card is in your hands or sent by mail, Wintrillions is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or misplacement of the card.
5.Free Cards
If you win a free card, Wintrillions will automatically order it for you. If the free card cannot be obtained, we will credit your account with the equivalent amount.

Transactions are secure and encrypted, and any scam attempt should be reported immediately.
